Strategy Associate / Senior Associate

The Opportunity

We are hiring top-tier Strategy Associates/Senior Strategy Associates based in India to join our fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity for high-caliber individuals from Bain & Co (including BCC), BCG, McKinsey & Co, Roland Berger, or equivalent top-tier consulting firms to apply their expertise with ultimate flexibility.

Core Role & Focus

You will own critical project workstreams, drive data-backed insights, and deliver strategic solutions across diverse industries. You will be staffed across projects in our venture studio or consulting business divisions.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate has proven high-level capabilities developed during their tenure at a top-tier consulting firm.

• Prior Consulting Experience: 2-5 years in an Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, or similar role from MBB/BCC/equivalent.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills: Capable of performing rigorous, data-driven analysis to solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Presentation Mastery: Expert in developing high-impact, client-ready slide decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) with zero-defect quality.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective remote client and team collaboration.
• Research Prowess: Ability to quickly source, synthesize, and validate information from various primary and secondary sources.
• Industry Focus Areas (Optional): Experience across IoT & logistics, Data & AI, Enterprise Software, Banking & Fintech is helpful but not required—we’re looking for fast learners.

• Location: Fully Remote (Based in India).
